Bergstrom Manufacturing in Rockford, IL had a failed SD-WAN installation last fall with another carrier. Promises made and not kept. They wanted a new direction for their secondary internet, with the idea of displacing the primary once the contract term expires next year. Our OSP engineer, Brian Art made a huge impression on the customer walkthrough — he helped them identify which carrier was in which conduit and adjusted the location of our terminal for their benefit.

Raynor Manufacturing has a large remote site in a newer business park in Dixon, IL. They needed a more reliable backup provider since more and more applications are moving to the cloud. We faced a significant build, but their next-door neighbor in the business park also wanted our services. Both signed and shared the construction costs to bring new high speed internet services to both.
